Grief is real and is different for everyone. The one thing that seems to be consistent is that we must process our grief in order to move forward. Notice that I didn't say, "get over it". You likely will never "get over a loss". What can emerge is that as you process your grief new perspectives begin to arise. As you pass through the anger, guilt, blame, or loneliness you will discover that you still have a life to live. Helping you arrive at a place where you get to choose your next steps is where I come in. I help people navigate the difficult process of grief and loss with empathy and compassion. I also will ask some powerful questions to help you see new and different perspectives.
